Pool was excellent, with plenty of towels. Having hot water available 24/7 so I could drink tea. Fresh fruit & yogurt were the stars of the breakfast for us. We enjoyed the many television channels and free WIFI. Staff were always pleasant and quick to take care of any request.

It was very conveniently located off of interstate 81. We arrived kind of late in the evening. (around 10 PM.). The gentlemen working, the front counter could not have been nicer. The room and its surroundings was extremely clean. I stayed here three years ago and the pool was closed then due to the pandemic it was nice to see it open again, although we were not able to use it, based on needing to get on the road quickly

The staff was friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. They are pet friendly and only charge 15 a day for a dog when most places make you pay outrageous extra fees for animals.

The breakfast area was nice and big, clean, and staff kept it well stocked and were very friendly. Appreciated the bowl of fresh fruits, coffee and hot water, and the frig filled with premade breakfasts as well as yogurts. Our room had a frig and microwave, table and chairs, and the beds were very comfortable.

I stay at this place often, the staff is always nice. The rooms are always clean. It's a good place to stop on the road. I'm always happy to stay there.

We stayed two nights at Quality Inn Troutville because of power outage at home. It was a very pleasant stay. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was just wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

All staff were pleasant and attentive. Easy access to and from rte 81. Good hot breakfast and coffee. Comfortable and clean. Lots of places close by to grab a bite to eat. Pizza place- Bella Italian is great!

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. He put us on the first level with our fur baby, which was very nice.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great location and a very nice breakfast. After driving all day it was great to walk next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner.
